By accessing, browsing, or using the 22phfun platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. 3.1 Account Creation

To access the full features of the 22phfun Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
• Notify 22phfun immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If 22phfun detects that you have opened or are operating more than one account, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with you.
• Void all bets, bonuses, and winnings obtained through duplicate accounts.
• Confiscate any remaining account balances.
• Report the violation to PAGCOR and other relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your login information with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity. 22phfun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, 22phfun requires all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide:

• A copy of a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of GCash account, bank statement, or PayMaya verification).

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on the 22phfun Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider will convert the amount to PHP at their prevailing exchange rate. 22phfun is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

6.1 Game Rules

22phfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including (but not limited to):

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to administrative fees or closure).
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon account suspension or termination, you will no longer be able to access the Platform or place bets. Any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending investigations and compliance with applicable laws.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. 22phfun is not responsible for any funds left in closed accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game content.
• Use the 22phfun name, logo, or trademarks without authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website.

Unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 22phfun and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or bonuses.
• Technical malfunctions, software errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Any other losses or damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 22phfun does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

22phfun operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on the Platform are subject to PAGCOR regulations and oversight.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute with 22phfun, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate your complaint to our management team.

If the dispute remains unresolved, you may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with their dispute resolution procedures. PAGCOR provides an independent review process for player complaints against licensed operators.

12.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 22phfun.
